Kylie Young

Born and raised in Invercargill, Kylie brings a powerful combination of local insight, strong education, and modern marketing expertise to her real estate career. She holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Marketing and Management from the University of Otago, a Diploma in Law from the University of Waikato, and a Diploma in Digital Marketing endorsed by the Chartered Institute of Marketing (UK). Kylie is also in her third year of a Property degree at Massey University, studying property development, valuation, and property investment knowledge she uses to support clients when dealing with their biggest assets.

Beginning her career in Wellington’s fast-paced property market, Kylie quickly became known for leading innovation in marketing and embracing new technology to achieve outstanding results. Since returning home to Southland, she has built a reputation for clear communication, strategic thinking, and a client-first approach.
